Quality

Since its establishment in 1977, INTRACOM, and later INTRACOM HOLDINGS, has placed great emphasis to the quality of its products and services. During the last decade, INTRACOM's commitment to quality has led to the company's certification under the ISO 9001:1987 and AQAP-110, AQAP-150 standards, and to a receipt of a quality award from the Greek Ministry of Development.

INTRACOM was the first Greek company to obtain an ISO 9001 registration in 1991 and renewed its commitment to quality by becoming the first Greek company to obtain an ISO 9001:2000 registration in January 2001.

Following the same principles, INTRACOM TELECOM places great emphasis on the quality of its products and services and has been certified in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 standard.

The application of quality management principles and the adherence to procedures established by the company's Quality Management System were among the critical factors that led INTRACOM TELECOM to be accepted as an approved supplier to major international telecommunications services providers and as a reliable partner in commercial joint ventures for delivery of integrated telecommunications systems.
